After installation and proceeding to Step 1 I got a message:

Missing update file. Please download the update definition file and put it into your temporary directory as "jupgrader.xml".
Target Path: /data/16/1/18/66/1833229/user/1988882/htdocs/joomla1/tmp/jupgrader.xml

Any suggestions?
