Receive this error:



* JFolder::create: Could not create directory
* Warning! Failed to move file.
* JFile::read: Unable to open file: '/home3/insearc2/public_html/insearchofhippocrates/tmp/com_jupdateman_151.tgz'
* Unable to read archive

I don't know why it is using home3; it should be home2. Any ideas?

Hopefully after 3 months you've worked it out.

But for those playing along at home, this is usually caused by the folder permissions for your Joomla site being wrong.

If you have "Unwriteable" when you look at Help > System Info > Directory Permissions, you need to fix those folder permissions before you can install.
