Parsing XML Document Failed!

When checking in cpanel, indeed there is no such file.

The update manager worked fine when I tested it on a backup file using a testing domain on the same server. I have a dedicated server, so everything should be the same with the exception of the domain name.

I have read your article about this issue but was not able to solve the problem.

Should we change the path at the Server settings?

By the way.... I was able to install and update Joomla in only a few seconds with other two sites that I have. But with this one, I wasn't.

I solved my problem by Enable FTP = NO at the Global Configuration/FTP settings!
