Ok, I'm feeling like an idiot, but how do I find the Proxy server info needed for the parameters? I tried not to use Proxy server and that didn't work. So do I need to setup a proxy server? On my local hard drive, on the server? Just in the dark here about the proxy server part...

Proxy servers are usually only required if your hosting providers suggests that you need one or if you're in a corporate environment that is self-hosting and you have a proxy. Most sites won't need a proxy server but some do which is why the option is there.
