I am new to hosting sites and to Joomla. I want to update my Windows hosted site to the newest Joomla version. I found and installed jupdateman and it works without problems until step 3, then I receive the following error.
Joomla! Update Manager - Step 3
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Unable to create destination
Failed to extract archive!
Any help you can provide?
